Overview

PERMINATOR 10 MIL is a tough, durable vapor barrier designed to help block moisture, vapor, and gases like radon from migrating through the slab into the building. Made with advanced polyolefin technology, this 10 mil thick underslab membrane resists punctures, tears, and jobsite wear while meeting ASTM E1745 Class A, B, and C requirements. It installs easily over compacted soil or fill—no sand or gravel needed—and can be sealed using PERMINATOR TAPE for a continuous barrier. PERMINATOR helps support flooring system performance by minimizing uncontrolled moisture intrusion and maintaining slab moisture levels within flooring manufacturer tolerances. It’s also termite- and methane-resistant, with zero VOC content and clearly marked thickness for easy on-site identification.
