SHIELDKOTE EF is especially suited for use where conditions require a noncorrosive, non-staining, low odor and environmentally safe compound. SHIELDKOTE EF is suited for use on all forms including wood, plywood (seal treated or untreated) and steel. SHIELDKOTE EF properly applied, will not leave a residue or stain on the surfaces of concrete which are to be painted or coated. SHIELDKOTE EF produces a tighter concrete surface due to the chemical reaction and a smoother surface due to the low surface tension of the release. SHIELDKOTE EF neutralizes corrosive lye which rots wood and causes rusting of metal. SHIELDKOTE EF's protective film not only results in better concrete but also enhances the life expectancy of the form materials.
