A citric acid based cleaner required for washing substrate prior to staining with Elements™ Transparent Stain. This process opens the pores of the concrete to ensure proper penetration of Elements™. Surfaces must be neutralized after cleaning with CHO™ Cleaner and prior to staining. Also recommended for removal of efflorescence and other organic stains from the surface of concrete. CHO™ Cleaner is packaged as a concentrated powder in 1 lb and 5 lb units. CHO™ Cleaner must be mixed with water prior to application.
