Mixing Instructions: Wear Rubber Gloves
• Mix to a pancake batter consistency for
anchoring around bolts and easy to access
fixtures.
• Product can be mixed drier for faster set
time and for use in areas where a trowel
application is necessary.
• Product can be mixed to more fluid
consistency for anchoring fixtures into
channels.
Setting Time: Initial set is approximately 17
minutes. Final set is about 30 minutes.
Surface Preparation: Ensure all holes,
channels etc. are completely clean and free of
dust and any other laitance. Drill holes wide
enough to accept bolts with their washers. Drill
deeper holes than normally required if the
concrete is not sound. For added strength
“mushroom”, the base of the hole by tilting the
drill back and forth while drilling the hole.
