Surface Preparation: Remove any dirt, debris, etc
which may prevent from Starpatch Concrete Oil and Stain
Cleaner from thoroughly penetrating stain that is to be
removed. Wetting the surface prior to applying Starpatch
Concrete Oil and Stain Cleaner often produces better
results.
Dilution: Please see the dilution guide below.
Application: Use liquid on horizontal surfaces. Use
gel on vertical and sloping surfaces. Use gel instead of
liquid where environmental conditions may dry Starpatch
Concrete Oil and Stain Cleaner too quickly for adequate
penetration. Apply a flood application to stain that is to be
removed. Let dwell for 15 -60 minutes. Agitate for better
results. Rinse thoroughly with water. For best results use
high-pressure hot water. Recover wastewater for
recycling where facilities are available.
